The National Minimum Wages Act 2012 came into effect on 1 January 2013. Employers face numerous implementation issues. This seminar is meant to clarify to the members on these issues as well as other issues that seem to be coming up when it comes to implementation of the minimum wages.

The Minimum Retirement Age Act 2012 will be implemented on 1 July 2013. Members have  been raising queries with MEF on the deferment as well as the issues that they are facing on implementation of this Act. This seminar would address these problems and offer practical solutions to the members on the implementation of the Minimum Retirement Act.
