When you identified a performance problem and are looking for ways to improve we may sought to Performance Improvement Plan. The Performance Improvement Plan plays an integral role in correcting performance discrepancies. It is a tool to monitor and measure the deficient work products, processes and/or behaviors of a particular employee in an effort to improve performance or modify behavior.

Objectives

All personnels involved in handling human resource/ industrial relations functions

Trainer’s Profile

Lt Col ( R ) Hj Mohd Akhir bin Hj Hamzah is Senior Consultant – IR in MEF. He has been with MEF for six years. Prior to joining MEF he was a senior Manager Human Resource at the International Medical University. 

His career in the private sector initially was as a Deputy Registrar at Universiti Tenaga Nasional. He joined UNITEN upon completion of his Masters of Business Administration, University of Wales College of Cardiff UK. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Transport UK. He was a former UiTM student. 

Col Akhir has extensive experience in Industrial Court cases, and conducting Industrial Relations training. He has conducted repeated courses for Bank Rakyat, Pos Malaysia. TNB, CSC, Chartis Insurance and many others.

His motto to the participants is “learn and relearn.”

Course Fees

RM850 per participant, inclusive of course materials, refreshments and lunch. Discount of RM150 for MEF members.
