Trainer
Anis Fahmy Pauzi is the OSH Consultant of the Malaysian Employers Federation. He is trained specifically on OSH performance and workplace improvement by Nippoin-keidenran International Corporation Center of Japan and has attended advanced training on workplace improvement organized by OSH Centre and Japanese International Corporation Agency, Department of Labour and Employment, Government of Philippines .He is a Certified Trainer registered with the Human Resources Development Berhad (PSMB), with 16 years experience in Occupational Safety and Health. Previously, he served as an training officer at the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), Malaysia for 5 years. Mr. Anis Fahmy Pauzi holds a Master of Science in OSH Management from University Utara Malaysia. Currently he represents MEF in the SIRIM Industry Standard Committee for OSH, Corporate Consultative meeting of DOSH, several sub-committee on Osh under the purview of the National Council for OSH and is one of the OSH award auditor for the Malaysian Society of OSH. He is also an approved Trainer on Essentials of OSH using the International Training Centre (ITC) – International Labour Organisation (ILO) methodologies and materials which is based in Turin – Italy.
