Objectives

Many cases being referred to Industrial Court are without sufficient evidence, documentation and proper preparation. This programme will guide employers to prepare, manage and present their cases effectively during hearings at the Industrial Court. Y Bhg Dato Jalaldin bin Haji Hussain, a former Chairman of Industrial Court will conduct the programme and guide participants in the management of dismissal cases on grounds of misconduct.
