CnetG Asia, an Executive Recruitment and Diversity Consulting firm is pleased to inform you about the "Enabling HR to Empower Women" workshop in the frame of CnetG's Advancing Women Executive project - innovative approaches to elevate women leaders and address complex issues that organisations face. The workshop will take place on the 16 November 2016 (start at 8:30 am - 5.00 pm) at the Connexion@Nexus, Bangsar South.

The objectives of the workshop are,

 
● understanding challenges business challenges and solution
● finding interventions and best practices for a more inclusive workplace
● structural assistance to achieve goals 
● uncovering hidden biases and self-limiting beliefs 
● incorporating diversity practices in the workplace
● discussing resource allocation in attracting, developing and measuring women employees
● exploring the role of women as individuals

Participants will go back with:

● awareness of gender diversity and how it is built in the employee lifecycle from recruitment to performance management
● refreshed knowledge on writing gender-inclusive Job Description and Job Advertisement
● rethinking the interview process and questions focused on interview neutralization
● conducting performance appraisals that are gender-inclusive
● identifying common leadership traits for management positions without stereo-typing through unconscious bias
