Ms Saraswathi Ravindran is a Consultant – IR, with Malaysian Employers Federation. She is a lawyer by profession who graduated from University of Northumbria UK and completed the Certificate in Legal Practise. She provides advisory and consultancy services to member Companies pertaining to employment and actively involved in trainings in relations to Employment Act 1955, Disciplinary Procedures, Handling Termination and Domestic Inquiry.
