LHDNM - MEF Seminar 2016 : "A Year Into Final Tax: Issues and Challenges"

Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (LHDNM) and Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF) will be organising a Seminar on Taxation 2016 - “A year into Final Tax: Issues and Challenges" on Monday, 29 February 2016 at Swiss - Garden Hotel & Residences, Melaka.

  • To explain the tax treatment in respect of benefit arising from an employee share option scheme (ESOS) 
  • To inform and guide employers on the implementation of Section 112 of income Tax Act 1967 
  • To discuss the employers' responsibility and changes of affecting Monthly Tax Deduction (MTD) Calculation on employers and employees

Other Information 
  • 8 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points will be awarded for participation in this seminar. 
  • Payments must be made in full by all confirmed participants before the event. Cheque or bank draft to be made in favour of Malaysian Employers Federation 
  • An administration fee of RM150 will be charged for cancellations received 3 days before the event. No refund will be made for cancellations within 3 days of the event.
  • Substitutions are allowed for registered participants. 
  • Certificates of attendance will be awarded to all participants. MEF reserves the right to amend the program to ensure the success of the event.
