  1. The key to success for any business is good industrial relations. It even has been proved by the facts that if the relations between the labour and management are warm, the work productivity has raised by several times. This is the only reason why there is a separate department being set in the big industries for solving the disputes at its primary levels only and that is why many people are joining the diploma in this field only. These courses will definitely help to improve the work structure. To know more about how to keep the industrial relations working, find more information here.
